Trusting Jesus Is Not The “Second” Thing You Do To Be Saved

Philippians 3:9, “And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith.”

Tragically, we've got a bunch of false prophets across America, who preach what the Holy Bible calls, “ANOTHER GOSPEL.” Galatians 1:6-9, “I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ. But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.” There is only one clear and concise Gospel.

One of the most deadly false prophets today is Evangelist Ray Comfort, who actually uses the phrase “LIVING A LIFESTYLE” while witnessing to a woman. In the following YouTube video clip, look at the BIG LIE Evangelist Ray Comfort tells this poor deceived woman passenger on an airplane. Kindly, Ray says that “repentance” means “LIVING A LIFESTYLE THAT PROVES THE REALITY OF YOUR REPENTANCE!” And then he adds, “IT'S A CONTINUAL THING!” Read for yourself what Mr. Comfort horribly teaches this woman, in this transcript from the Living Waters video:
“So if the plane goes down, you'd end up in Hell! There are two things you have to do to be saved. Do you remember what they are? I told you what they are—You've got to repent and trust the Savior! ... God's offering you everlasting life upon your repentance and faith in Christ. Who in his right mind wouldn't say, 'Whoa! That's a good offer!' (The curious woman asks what it means to “repent”?)... Have you ever said you're sorry to someone you did something wrong to? That's all repentance is—You've sinned against God; it's a matter of saying, 'God, I'm sorry,' and then LIVING A LIFESTYLE that proves the reality of your repentance. That's what repentance is, it's a continual thing! God, 'I'm sorry, but I'm not going going to lie or steal or blaspheme Your name ever again. It has that attitude! And the second thing—trust in Jesus!” [emphasis added]

SOURCE: Evangelist Ray Comfort, “I've never killed anyone” (MP3 clip from video)
Kindly said, Evangelist Ray Comfort is an unsaved infidel, a false teacher. Dear reader, trusting Jesus as your personal Savior is not the “SECOND THING” that you must do to be saved. This very question was asked by the Philippian jailer in Rome: “What must I do to be saved?” What saith the Scripture? Acts 16:30-31, “And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved? And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.” The answer is very plain to see. The Bible answer to
What must I do to be saved?” is to simply, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ.” This was NOT the second thing that Paul and Silas told the Philippian jailer to do, it was the ONLY thing!

Furthermore, I triple-dog dare you to show me even one verse from the inspired Holy Bible that teaches “LIVING A LIFESTYLE” of repentance is required as part of being saved. You cannot! Now my friend, “a double-dog dare” is serious business, but a triple-dog dare is something you don't want to mess around with! I triple-dog dare you to show me even one Bible verse that agrees with these false statements by Ray Comfort.

Ray Comfort Preaches a FALSE Gospel & Needs to Repent!

In the preceding video, at 09 seconds time in the video, Ray makes this heretical statement to the man: “Repentance is where you actually perpetually turn from sin.” That is damnable heresy!!! Ray is preaching 100% salvation by WORKS. Jonah 3:10, “And God saw their works, that they turned from their evil way; and God repented of the evil, that he had said that he would do unto them; and he did it not.” According to this passage turning from your sins is WORKS, and the Bible is explicitly clear that we are not saved BY WORKS, nor THROUGH WORKS (Romans 3:19-20; 4:4-7; Hebrews 6:1); but rather, but grace and through faith plus nothing (Galatians 3:26; Ephesians 2:8-9; Titus 3:5).

Please understand that I am not saying Ray Comfort is insincere. Quite the contrary, I think he is very sincere, but what saith the Scripture? Proverbs 16:25, “There is a way that seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.” It makes perfect sense to the natural (unsaved) man—to the carnal man—that one must forsake sinful ways as a prerequisite to get to Heaven. Surely a lost sinner cannot come to God, placing's one's faith in the sinless Lamb of God who was brutally crucified on a cross to pay for our debt of sin, while we still have a flagrant desire to continue living in sin. That is how guys like Ray Comfort errantly think. The truth is that Christ was sent into the world by the heavenly Father, to die on a cross to pay for everyone's sins (John 3:14-18). Christ died for our sins, because there is nothing we can do to remedy the debt we owe. Jesus paid a debt He did not owe, because we owed a debt we could not pay. What a precious Savior, Lord and God!!!
“Religious people go to Hell; Saved people go to Heaven. Don't ever blame religion on God. He didn't come up with it, Satan did. Religion is of the Devil; Salvation is of the Lord.” —Pastor Al Lacy, “No Unbelievers In Hell
The Gospel of John is God's Gospel track. John 20:31, “But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name.” PLEASE DON'T MISS THAT! God authored the Gospel of John specifically so “that believing ye might have life through his name.” That means we don't need any other Scripture than what is found in the Gospel of John to be saved.

Where in the Gospel of John are we taught that, “LIVING A LIFESTYLE,” is necessary to receive eternal life? You cannot! Mr. Comfort is a bold-faced theological liar! Ray is ADDING to the Gospel, perverting it! This means Mr. Comfort is accursed by God. Galatians 1:9, “As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.” I didn't say that, almighty God did!

Furthermore, where in the Gospel of John are we taught that to be saved, we must have a drastic change of attitude that is resolved to reform? Ray errantly says to be saved we must have the new attitude, “GOD, I'M SORRY, BUT I'M NOT GOING TO LIE OR STEAL OR BLASPHEME YOUR NAME EVER AGAIN!” And then he horribly says, “IT'S A CONTINUAL THING!” None of this is Biblical! There is absolutely nothing in the Gospel of John about having a sincere desire to reform our ways, clean up our life of sin, turn over a new leaf, do better, forsake the world, turn away from sins, nor any other garbage that false prophets are teaching nowadays in churches, poisoning people with their lies!

Actually, free Grace is rejected both by the world and fake Christians, so it’s not a popular belief. In fact, it’s the most unpopular belief even though free Grace is true. It’s absolutely the only way to go to Heaven. “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved” (Acts 16:31b).

Tragically, Ray Comfort is preaching another gospel. When the Philippian jailer in Rome asked Paul and Silas: “Sirs, what must I do to be saved?,” their simple answer to: “BELIEVE ON THE LORD JESUS CHRIST” wasn't the “SECOND” thing they told him to do, it was THE ONLY THING!!!

You Don't Have To “Get Out Of Your Sin” To Get To Heaven

Romans 4:3-5, “For what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness. Now to him that worketh is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt. But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.”

In the following video, you will see two men arguing over which plan of salvation is correct.

Street Preachers Got Really Mad at Me

The guy wearing the grey hoodie is totally WRONG! He insists that you have to “Get out of your sin to be saved.” May I truthfully say, behavior modification is NOT part of getting saved. The guy with the grey hoodie errantly cites Hebrews 12:14, in an attempt to bolster up his strawman heresy that you must “Get out of your sin to be saved.” Hebrews 12:14, “Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord:Unfortunately, he makes the fatal mistake that so many bad Bible students make, by lifting a text out of context to create a new pretext (i.e., a new strange doctrine).

If he would have just included the next two verse, then he would have found the proper meaning. Carefully notice what the next couple verses read in Hebrews 12:15-16, Looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and thereby many be defiled; Lest there be any fornicator, or profane person, as Esau, who for one morsel of meat sold his birthright.

The writer of Hebrews (whom I humbly think is the Apostle Paul) is quoting from Deuteronomy 29:18, “Lest there should be among you man, or woman, or family, or tribe, whose heart turneth away this day from the LORD our God, to go and serve the gods of these nations; lest there should be among you a root that beareth gall and wormwood;” The Bible is simply teaching in Hebrews 12:14-16 that if your testimony is poor as a believer that others around you will be adversely affected by it. Dear reader, you may be the only Jesus that somebody knows. Pastor Dwight L. Moody (1837-1899) rightly said: “Out of 100 men, one will read the Bible, the other 99 will read the Christian.”

The True Meaning of Hebrews 12:14

It is tragic that John MacArthur and other heretics misinterpret Hebrews 12:14, claiming that it means you cannot go to Heaven unless you live a holy life. As I have shown you, that is NOT what it means. A Christian who hides his light for Christ and tarnishes his testimony by choosing rather to live in open sin, he becomes a root of bitterness to those around him; thereby many be defiled. When King David commit adultery and murder, his entire family and kingdom were adversely affected by his actions.

The guy with the orange Texas shirt is 100% correct. Pilgrim's Progress author John Bunyan (1628-1688) said it best:
“If you do not put a difference between justification wrought by the man Christ without and sanctification wrought by the Spirit of Christ within, you are not able to divide the Word aright; but contrariwise, you corrupt the Word of God, and cast stumbling blocks before the people.” —Evangelist John Bunyan
Pastor M.R. DeHaan (1891-1965) made this tremendous statement:
"There is a vast difference between coming to Jesus for salvation and coming after Jesus for service. Coming to Christ makes one a believer, while coming after Christ makes one a disciple. All believers are not disciples. To become a believer one accepts the invitation of the Gospel, to be a disciple one obeys the challenge to a life of dedicated service and separation. Salvation comes through the sacrifice of Christ; discipleship comes only by sacrifice of self and surrender to His call for devoted service. Salvation is free, but discipleship involves paying the price of a separated walk. Salvation can't be lost because it depends upon God's faithfulness, but discipleship can be lost because it depends upon our faithfulness." —Pastor M.R. DeHaan, “Hebrews”; Zondervan Publishing House; 1959 (p. 117)
Anybody who associates a change of behavior with the new birth is preaching another gospel. Sadly, the official doctrinal position of
Pensacola Christian College (PCC) is, quote:
"Repentance is a change of mind resulting in a change of behavior."
That is another gospel. PCC is preaching a counterfeit plan of salvation. The Gospel does not teach partial faith in Christ plus works; but rather, childlike faith in Jesus' death on the cross, burial and bodily resurrection from the dead three days later (1 Corinthians 15;1-4).

➜ Roman Catholicism errantly says to be saved a person 𝗠𝗨𝗦𝗧 do good works.
➜ Calvinism errantly says a saved person 𝗪𝗜𝗟𝗟 do good works.
➜ The Holy Bible says a saved person 𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗟𝗗 do good works (Titus 2;12)

Faith is the only righteous thing that I can do.

Peter Preaches The Simple Gospel

Acts 10-43, “To him give all the prophets witness, that through his name whosoever believeth in him shall receive remission of sins.”

I was reading the Holy Bible today and a truth jumped out at me from Acts 10:30-45 concerning the simplicity of the plan of salvation. I'll share what I learned with you in a moment, but first let me share with you the story of Cornelius. We read in Acts 10:1-2 that Cornelius was a military leader, a centurion over an Italian squad of 100 soldiers. Cornelius was a good man, but lost. Acts 10:2, “A devout man, and one that feared God with all his house, which gave much alms to the people, and prayed to God alway.” This is amazing! Here's an important man in the community, well respected, who fears God, prays, and gives much money to the poor and needy. Yet, Cornelius was not a born-again Christian, on his way to Hell.

My friend, no amount of religious devotion, involvement in your church, sincerity, or personal human effort, can get you to Heaven. There are millions of people burning in Hell this very moment—who spent their lives doing good, helping others, praying, fearing God—yet they failed to do the will of God concerning salvation. What is the will of God? I'm glad you asked. John 6:40, “And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.”

This leads me to the heart of this article that I'm writing. In a vision God appeared to Cornelius and told him to go see the Apostle Peter, so that Peter could witness the Gospel to him. Here is the Biblical account of the matter:
Acts 10:30-45, “And Cornelius said, Four days ago I was fasting until this hour; and at the ninth hour I prayed in my house, and, behold, a man stood before me in bright clothing, And said, Cornelius, thy prayer is heard, and thine alms are had in remembrance in the sight of God. Send therefore to Joppa, and call hither Simon, whose surname is Peter; he is lodged in the house of one Simon a tanner by the sea side: who, when he cometh, shall speak unto thee. Immediately therefore I sent to thee; and thou hast well done that thou art come. Now therefore are we all here present before God, to hear all things that are commanded thee of God. Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons: But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him. The word which God sent unto the children of Israel, preaching peace by Jesus Christ: (he is Lord of all:) That word, I say, ye know, which was published throughout all Judaea, and began from Galilee, after the baptism which John preached; How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him. And we are witnesses of all things which he did both in the land of the Jews, and in Jerusalem; whom they slew and hanged on a tree: Him God raised up the third day, and shewed him openly; Not to all the people, but unto witnesses chosen before of God, even to us, who did eat and drink with him after he rose from the dead. And he commanded us to preach unto the people, and to testify that it is he which was ordained of God to be the Judge of quick and dead. To him give all the prophets witness, that through his name whosoever believeth in him shall receive remission of sins. While Peter yet spake these words, the Holy Ghost fell on all them which heard the word. And they of the circumcision which believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, because that on the Gentiles also was poured out the gift of the Holy Ghost.”
What I want you to notice, and this is my sermon, is the simple plan of salvation that the Apostle Peter gave to Cornelius. Remember, God sent Cornelius to go find Peter, so that he could learn how to be saved and go to Heaven.

Carefully notice that:
  • Peter didn't tell Cornelius to follow Jesus.
  • Peter didn't tell Cornelius to surrender all to God.
  • Peter didn't tell Cornelius to get water baptized.
  • Peter didn't tell Cornelius to make Jesus his Lord.
  • Peter didn't tell Cornelius to join a church.
  • Peter didn't tell Cornelius to get religion.
  • Peter didn't tell Cornelius to publicly confess Christ as his Savior.
  • Peter didn't tell Cornelius to invite Jesus into his heart.
  • Peter didn't tell Cornelius to start a relationship with Jesus.
  • Peter didn't tell Cornelius to change his life.
  • Peter didn't tell Cornelius to turn away from his sins.
  • Peter didn't tell Cornelius to forsake the world.
In fact, Peter DIDN'T TELL CORNELIUS TO DO ANYTHING!!! Peter simply told the story of Jesus of Nazareth, Who went about doing good and healing the sick, but the unbelieving Jews had Him crucified on a cross for our sins. Jesus bled and DIED on the cross. He was BURIED. And then Christ miraculously RESURRECTED bodily from the dead three days later. This is “the Gospel” [i.e., Good News] according to the Holy Scriptures:
1st Corinthians 15:1-4, “Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures.” [emphasis added]
In Acts 10:30-45 Peter said that anyone who believes on the name of Jesus, Who died on the cross for our sins and raised up the third day, shall receive a pardon for their sins. That was the simple Gospel message, which Cornelius simply and quietly BELIEVED and was immediately saved. Amen! Whew, that's good stuff!

Peter never told Cornelius to do anything to be saved, he simply preached the Gospel of Christ's death on the cross for our sins, His burial, and bodily resurrection the third day. The very moment that Cornelius believed, he was forever born-again and saved. The hardest part about salvation for people to understand is that you get it by DOING NOTHING!!! You simply REST COMPLETELY in the finished work of Jesus Christ, and then God does the saving... ALL OF IT!!!

Every false religion in the world teaches a whole bunch of things that a person must DO to get to Heaven. But as we just saw for ourselves in the wonderful Scriptures in Acts 10:30-45, Peter simply preached the truth of the Gospel, and Cornelius BELIEVED and was instantly and forever born-again and saved. Salvation is not doing your best, it is having Christ's best put to your account through receiving Him by faith.

God will not save anyone who is trying to be saved, He will only save those who are trusting to be saved. Religion is man trying to reach God through human effort, but Christianity is God trying to reach man by the sacrifice of His only begotten Son on the cross. “HE THAT BELIEVETH IS NOT CONDEMNED” (a precious salvation sermon by Pastor Jack Hyles).

The Bible interprets itself. Dr. John R. Rice (1895-1980) used to say that the best way to interpret the Bible is not to interpret the Bible. Where the Bible is silent, we should be silent. Don't put a question mark where God put a period. You'll find all sorts of additions and perversions to the simple plan of salvation in today's religious groups. Even most evangelical churches these days have been contaminated, because the Devil has crept into them unawares with a false GRACE PLUS WORKS plan of salvation. I love you in the Lord friend, whoever you may be, and I don't want you to miss Heaven and spend eternity burning in the Lake of Fire.

I love this passage of Scripture in Acts 10:30-45, because it plainly teaches that salvation is obtained simply by BELIEVING THE GOSPEL OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST. The Apostle Peter simply told the Good News (Gospel) of Christ crucified on the cross for our sins, buried and risen three days later. When Cornelius believed, he was immediately saved. This is the childlike faith which brings eternal life. The way to be saved is not to DO, but to BELIEVE! That is, make it your own. If you've made what Christ did on the cross, and His resurrection, your personal hope for Heaven, you are saved!

The Bible refers to the Gospel as “THE SIMPLICITY THAT IS IN CHRIST.” 2nd Corinthians 11:3, “But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.” We find further evidence of “THE SIMPLICITY THAT IS IN CHRIST” in Galatians 3:2, “This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit [capital “S,” for Holy Spirit] by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?” When a person is saved, God's Holy Spirit comes to indwell their earthly body permanently (1st Corinthians 3:16-17; Romans 8:9; 1st John 3:24).

Hence, the apostle Paul wrote a letter to the church at Galatia, saying that he only wanted to know ONE THING: How did you become indwelt with the Holy Spirit? That is to say, How did you get saved, by works or faith? The correct answer is “BY THE HEARING OF FAITH”! That is, if you BELIEVE the Gospel when you hear it preached you are saved, end of story! This is exactly what happened to Cornelius and many who were with him—they heard the Gospel being preached, and they gladly received it, believing on the Lord Jesus Christ.

Please don't allow anyone to mislead you into following a false plan of salvation, because you will go to the Lake of Fire (Hell) forever. Nearly every religion today, including many Baptist churches sad to say, are teaching the Satanic lie that you cannot be saved unless you forsake sinful behavior and surrender your life to live for Jesus. This heresy is commonly called “Lordship Salvation.” That is a false plan of salvation. That is human effort. That is not what the Bible teaches. As you read for yourself, Peter never asked Cornelius to do anything. That's right, nothing! God doesn't save those who are TRYING to be saved; but rather, those who are TRUSTING to be saved. Salvation is receiving, not achieving. Salvation is a TAKE proposition, not a GIVE proposition!

This is such a beautiful passage of Scripture in Acts 10:30-45. The Apostle Peter never told Cornelius to do one thing to be saved. Peter never told Cornelius to “turn away from sins” (a popular heresy taught in today's apostate churches). In fact, Peter never mentioned the word “repent” to Cornelius. You won't find even one mention of the words “repent” or “repentance” in Acts chapter 10. Could the Bible be any clearer that the man who believes has repented? I think not.

Peter just shared the Good News of Christ crucified and risen the third day; Cornelius believed and was saved. It's that simple to be saved. For many of you, this truth has no doubt opened your eyes to the level of doctrinal corruption in today's churches. Anytime you hear someone telling you all the different things you must do to be saved, you know they are deceived by Satan! Just believe and the work is done!
“More people will die and burn in Hell, because they're trusting too much!”—Pastor Jack Hyles, “Yea, Yea, And Nay, Nay!
“Everything that's hard and complicated about salvation is God's side of it!”—Pastor Jack Hyles, “Yea, Yea, And Nay, Nay!

Ray Comfort Preaches A FALSE Gospel And Needs To Repent

2nd Peter 2:1-3, “But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of. And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not.”

In the following video you can hear Ray Comfort blaspheme the inspired Word of God, by telling a man that he thinks repentance means to "PERPETUALLY TURN FROM SIN" to be saved. Folks, that is 100% WORKS!!! Hear Ray Comfort for yourself. ...

Ray Comfort Preaches a FALSE Gospel & Needs to Repent!

Ray then continues by telling the man that he never commits any of the sins he is mentioning, which flabbergasts the man. There is hardly a church that I have visited in Pensacola, or visited online, that doesn't also teach the same garbage.

When the Apostle Peter preached the Gospel on the Day of Pentecost, he simply told the story of Jesus crucified, buried and risen the third day. The Bible says that 3,000 souls GLADLY RECEIVED His word were instantly saved. This is the blessed "hearing of faith" taught in Galatians 3:2. That is, lost sinners are saved by putting their faith in the Gospel that they hear.
This is how Cornelius and his friends were saved in Acts 10:43-44. They heard the Apostle Peter preach the GOOD NEWS of Jesus Christ crucified, buried and resurrected the third day, and when they BELIEVED what they heard they were immediately saved and indwelt with the Holy Spirit.

In Acts 16:30-31, Paul and Silas were asked by a Philippian jailer how to be saved. Paul and Silas simply told the man to BELIEVE ON THE LORD JESUS CHRIST, and he did and was saved.

Over and over in the inspired Word of God, we are taught God's simple plan of salvation, which is to come to God as a guilty sinner (Romans 3:19-23), and to place our confidence (childlike trust) in the slain and resurrected precious "𝗟𝗮𝗺𝗯 𝗼𝗳 𝗚𝗼𝗱, 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱" (𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻 𝟭:𝟮𝟵𝗯).

By errantly misleading lost sinners to think that God won't save them unless they are willing to "PERPETUALLY TURN FROM SIN" is a false plan of salvation of heavy bondage. 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘄 𝟭𝟭:𝟮𝟴-𝟯𝟬, "𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗲, 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘆𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝘃𝘆 𝗹𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁. 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗺𝘆 𝘆𝗼𝗸𝗲 𝘂𝗽𝗼𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝗲; 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗜 𝗮𝗺 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗹𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁: 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗹𝘀. 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝘆 𝘆𝗼𝗸𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝘆 𝗯𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁."

Ray Comfort is trying to place the burden of sin upon the sinner's shoulder, requiring them to bare the burdensome weight of their own sins; whereas Jesus Christ alone bore the full weight of our sins upon Himself on Calvary's cross. I hope you see the difference dear reader.
Kindly said, Ray Comfort is not saved. He is preaching the same damnable false plan of salvation as the accursed Bob Jones University cult today.

Dr. John MacArthur is one of their alumni at BJU. That is why I relentlessly harp against Pensacola Christian College, because they wickedly bid Godspeed to the Bob Jones cult, never speaking one word to rebuke BJU's heresy nor contend for the faith once delivered unto the saints. PCC just wants to play church and keep the money flowing in. God didn't save us to Sit On The Premises like PCC does, He saved us to Stand On The Promises.

RIGHT DOCTRINE MATTERS!!!

What Must I Do To Lose God's Gift Of Salvation?

John 10:27-29, “My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand.”

I don't know why anyone would want to LOSE their salvation, but here is a LIST of things you MUST DO in order for you to LOSE God's free gift of salvation. But BEFORE you LOSE SALVATION, you need to make sure YOU'RE SAVED in the first place. It's kind of hard to LOSE something if you don't even have it, right?

IN ORDER TO LOSE GOD'S GIFT OF SALVATION, THIS IS WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO:
  1. You're Going To Have To Convince God To Unforgive You Of All Your Sins. Ephesians 1:7, "In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;"
  2. You're Going To Have To Convince God To Unredeem You. Romans 3:24, "Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:"
  3. You're Going To Have To Convince God To Uncircumcize You. Colossians 2:13, "And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses;"
  4. You're Going To Have To Convince God To Unadopt You. Romans 8:15, "For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father."
  5. You're Going To Have To Convince God To Unaccept You. Ephesians 1:6, "To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved."
  6. You're Going To Have To Convince God To Unsanctify You. 1st Corinthians 6:11, "And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God."
  7. You're Going To Have To Convince God To Unglorify You. Romans 8:30, "Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified."
  8. You're Going To Have To Convince God To Get The Holy Spirit To Unseal You. Ephesians 1:13, "In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,"
  9. You're Going To Have To Convince God To Unjustify You. Romans 8:30, "Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified."
  10. You're Going To Have To Convince God To Unbless You. Ephesians 1:3, "Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ:"
  11. You're Going To Have To Convince God To Unbury You. Romans 6:4, "Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life."

Sadly, Jimmy Buffet Almost Assuredly Went To Hell

1st Corinthians 16:22, “If any man love not the Lord Jesus Christ, let him be Anathema Maranatha.

Sadly, famous singer Jimmy Buffet (1946-2023) just died of skin cancer at age 76. He died on September 1, 2023. Jimmy was first diagnosed with skin cancer 4-years ago. I found this horrible song that Jimmy sang in 1976 titled, “My Head Hurts, My Feet Stink and I don't Love Jesus.
” That is blasphemy against the only begotten Son of God, the Christ. ...

Jimmy (Fool) Buffet Sings (1976):
'My Head Hurts, My Feet Stink And I Don't Love Jesus'

Jimmy (Fool) Buffet Sings (2014):
'My Head Hurts, My Feet Stink And I Don't Love Jesus'

What saith the inspired Scripture? 1st Corinthians 16:22, “If any man love not the Lord Jesus Christ, let him be Anathema Maranatha. The word “Anathema” means “cursed.” The word “Maranatha” means “The Lord is coming.” The Bible warns that if any man doesn't love Jesus, let him be cursed because the Lord is still coming anyway!

Jimmy Buffet was a fool to sing such a horrible song. Regardless of what some may say, that the song is just a play on words, the message is clearly blasphemous against God. Jesus is almighty God:
Revelation 1:5-8, “And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood, And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen. Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.”
Jesus is not merely “a god” as the cult of Jehovah's Witnesses errantly teach, the inspired Holy Bible teaches that Jesus is in fact “the Almighty” God (cf. John 1:1-3, 14; 8:57-59, 10:33).

Jimmy Buffet was tragically a lifelong Roman Catholic—the biggest religious cult on the planet. Salvation cannot be found in any religion; but rather, by faith in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. John 3:18, “He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. Believing on the name of Jesus excludes placing your confidence in the damnable Sacramental Salvation of the Catholic cult. No one has ever been saved by keeping sacraments in some dead church. Jesus said in John 3:7b, “Ye must be born again.

Here is buffet's shameful 1973 hit song, "Why Don't We Get Drunk And Screw.” ...

Jimmy Buffet (1973): “Why Don't We Get Drunk?"

I love the C6th Hawaiian steel guitar intro (I play steel guitar myself), but the lyrics are wicked as can be. What saith the Scripture? ...
Luke 12:15-21, “And he said unto them, Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man's life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth. And he spake a parable unto them, saying, The ground of a certain rich man brought forth plentifully: And he thought within himself, saying, What shall I do, because I have no room where to bestow my fruits? And he said, This will I do: I will pull down my barns, and build greater; and there will I bestow all my fruits and my goods. And I will say to my soul, Soul, thou hast much goods laid up for many years; take thine ease, eat, drink, and be merry. But God said unto him, Thou fool, this night thy soul shall be required of thee: then whose shall those things be, which thou hast provided? So is he that layeth up treasure for himself, and is not rich toward God.”
Jimmy Buffet spent his life living large, glorifying drunkenness and acting the fool through his worldly music. His millions of fans were boozers, partiers and selfish people who just wanted to have a good time in life. Like the foolish rich man, Buffet was not rich toward God. Ironically, Forbes announced that in 2023 Jimmy Buffet became a BILLIONAIRE!!! I say “ironic” because it was the very same year that Buffet became a billionaire in 2023, that God took his life from him. Buffet made his billion dollars (much of it filthy lucre) from operating casinos, clothing, nightclubs, restaurants, booze and vacation resorts. Buffet spent much time performing in 'SIN CITY' itself, Las Vegas.

Buffet admitted that his live shows resembled Sodom and Gomorrah to some people...
Appreciation: Jimmy Buffett, in his own words: ‘What I see at my shows might look like Sodom and Gomorrah’
“And what I see out there at my shows might look like Sodom and Gomorrah to some people. But the only thing I can compare it to is (the tradition of) carnival. Whether you were the king of France, or a guy in the gutter, for three days a year you could put a mask on and be whoever you wanted. And when carnival is over, you put the mask away and go back to your job.

Sadly, the American people are infamous for debauchery (getting drunk, lust, behaving foolishly, fornicating, public nudity, adultery, divorce, partying irresponsibly, indifference, fighting, lawlessness, et cetera). It was Buffet's 1977 hit song “Margaritaville,” and his business savvy, that catapulted him to become a billionaire in 2023.

Kindly said, by all indication, Jimmy Buffet sadly went to Hell. There is no salvation in Catholicism, only bondage to religious rituals, manmade traditions and priestly abuse. John 6:47, “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life.” Mr. Margaritaville is now sadly burning in the fires of Hell according to the Word of God. Unless Jimmy Buffet repented of his false religion, and placed his trust in Jesus Christ alone for salvation on his deathbed, he went to Hell. Revelation 20:15, “And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.”
